Print“I will die when I choose to die.”

And so begins, The Fox by Arlene Radasky, an incredibly thrilling  romance fantasy and historical fiction set between the first and  twenty-first century.

When an ancient clan fights to save their family against the tyranny
of the Romans, they will cross paths with modern archaeologists’
centuries later. What first brings them together is a first century
healer named Jahna who, being favored by the Goddess Morrigna, is
able to mentally connect with others through space and time. When
Jahna’s mate, Lovern, is forced to make the ultimate sacrifice, Jahna
will make a mind link and have faith in the afterlife-and eternity-to
reconnect with him.

Two thousand years later, Aine MacRae, an archaeologist, in who Jahna  centuries before first planted a seed, is on the verge of uncovering
the village where Jahna lived-and loved. This site, the Treadwell
Farm, is on the Highlands of Scotland, and for mind melds and a
ghostly visit, greed almost triumphs nearly leaving ancient stories
buried forever and a lost love lost.

This love that Aine will
rediscover with fellow Caledonian chieftain tomb-raider Marc Hunt-
proving that Jahna’s love will live on and their paths will be a
seamless entity through time…
